SHIPPING FAQ’S

SHIPPING UPDATE:

Thank you all for being loyal patients to the Mav sauce brand. Due to high demand, all orders should be submitted Monday through Thursday, therefore they can be shipped the following Monday from when it was ordered. If orders are submitted Friday through Sunday and products are already made then there is a possibility your order will be shipped that Monday. If not your order will be shipped out the following Monday.

Example: 

  • If you order a Mav Pack on Wednesday July 29, 2020, then your order will be shipped out the following Monday, August 3, 2020. 

  • If you order a Mav Pack on Friday July 31, 2020, and the products are in stock  then your order will be sent out that Monday, August 3, 2020.

  • If you order a Mav Pack on Friday July 31, 2020, and the products are not in stock then your order will be sent out the following Monday August 10, 2020.

This new update will stand unless otherwise specified to the patient(s). This helps the Mav Sauce team to stay on track, keep organized, and give you the best quality products that you deserve. Thank you again for shopping with Mav Sauce!

All shipping is 2-3 Day Priority flat rate. Please note there is a 3-5 business day processing time.

Melt Protection 

Protect your Gummies and sensitive items from melting in transit in the hot months. Melt protection includes an 8 X 10 IN insulated padded envelope and an insta-freeze insulated cold pack that will remain cold for up to 48 hrs. The insulated package will be mailed in a priority mail flat rate envelope or box. There is still a risk of products melting if packages are left in a hot mailbox for more than a few hours (2-3 max) so please be available to retrieve your package immediately upon arrival.

Due to summer climate in certain states, I cannot control the temperature of the courier’s truck and/or storage/ processing facilities. Adding “Melt Protection” does not guarantee that products will not melt, it is just an added layer of protection. It is your responsibility as the patient to get your order out of the mailbox/sun to prevent melting upon arrival.
