CHEF MAVERICK & MAV SAUCE JOINS FORCES WITH CORNSTARZ AT THE GREENWAY 4/20 SMALL BIZ EXPO

Chef Maverick has partnered up with Cornstarz owner Julia Mai as Executive Chef for the fresh new food truck concept that is set to launch next weekend at the Greenway 4/20 Small Biz expo this 4/20/18. Cornstarz will feature a selection of freaky unique hand made corn dogs developed by Chef Maverick along with hand battered onion rings and fries.

The menu is to include an array of exclusive Cornstarz "ding-dog" selections: The "Bi-Curry-ious", a Caribbean inspired curry vegan corn dog served with a orange jerk dipping sauce. The "Stormy Mac Chicken", a house made chicken sausage stuffed with  jalapeno mac and cheese served with  chipotle aoli. The " Pic Kee Toi", a cajun shrimp stuffed sausage, battered and fried served with a cajun ketchup, and Mr. Banana, a frozen banana dipped in hazelnut chocolate spread battered and fried, topped with caramel sauce, nuts and whipped cream. 

In addition you will also be able to purchase a limited selection of Chef Maverick's exclusive cannabis infused Mav Sauce's at this event so get there early because supplies are limited.
